期刊简介

The Journal of Morphology welcomes articles of original research in cytology, protozoology, embryology, and general morphology. Articles generally should not exceed 35 printed pages. Preliminary notices or articles of a purely descriptive morphological or taxonomic nature are not included. No paper which has already been published will be accepted, nor will simultaneous publications elsewhere be allowed.The Journal of Morphology publishes research in functional, comparative, evolutionary and developmental morphology from vertebrates and invertebrates. Human and veterinary anatomy or paleontology are considered when an explicit connection to neontological animal morphology is presented, and the paper contains relevant information for the community of animal morphologists. Based on our long tradition, we continue to seek publishing the best papers in animal morphology.

形态学杂志欢迎细胞学、原生动物学、胚胎学和普通形态学方面的原创研究文章。文章一般不应超过35页。不包括纯粹描述性形态学或分类学性质的初步通知或文章。已发表的论文不予接受，同时也不允许在其他地方发表。形态学杂志发表脊椎动物和无脊椎动物的功能、比较、进化和发育形态学研究。人类和兽医解剖学或古生物学是考虑当一个明确的连接到新生物学动物形态学提出，并包含相关信息的动物形态学家社区的文件。基于我们悠久的传统，我们继续寻求发表动物形态学方面的最佳论文。
