Acta Phytotaxonomica et Geobotanica (APG) is an international peer-reviewed journal published three times a year by the Japanese Society for Plant Systematics. It is the continuation of the journal Societas Phytogeographica Kyoto, Japan. APG publishes research manuscripts in the fields of taxonomy, phylogeny, evolution, conservation, biogeography of plants (including algae and fungi) and related disciplines. Contributions devoted to new taxa, nomenclature, monographs, floristic studies and genetic variation are also invited. All manuscripts should be sent to the Editor-in-Chief.

《植物分类学与地植物学学报》（英语：Acta Phytotaxonomica et Geobotanica，简称APG）是日本植物系统学学会（英语：Japanese Society for Plant Systematics）每年出版三期的国际同行评审期刊。它是日本京都植物地理学会杂志的续刊。APG出版分类学、系统发育学、进化、保护、植物（包括藻类和真菌）生物地理学和相关学科领域的研究手稿。也欢迎对新的分类群、命名法、专著、植物区系研究和遗传变异作出贡献。所有稿件均应送交主编。
