The Main aim and scope of this Journal is to help improve each separate components R&D and superimpose separated results to get integrated systems by striving to reach the overall advanced design and benefits by integrating: (a) Physics, Aero, and Stealth Thermodynamics in simulations by flying unmanned or manned prototypes supported by integrated Computer Simulations based on: (b) Component R&D of: (i) Turbo and Jet-Engines, (ii) Airframe, (iii) Helmet-Aiming-Systems and Ammunition based on: (c) Anticipated New Programs Missions based on (d) IMPROVED RELIABILITY, DURABILITY, ECONOMICS, TACTICS, STRATEGIES and EDUCATION in both the civil and military domains of Turbo and Jet Engines.The　International Journal of Turbo & Jet Engines　is devoted to cutting edge research in theory and design of propagation of jet aircraft. It serves as an international publication organ for new ideas, insights and results from industry and academic research on thermodynamics, combustion, behavior of related materials at high temperatures, turbine and engine design, thrust vectoring and flight control as well as energy and environmental issues.

本杂志的主要目标和范围是通过整合以下内容，努力实现整体先进设计和效益，从而帮助改进各个独立组件的研发，并将独立成果叠加，以获得集成系统：（a）在综合计算机模拟的支持下，通过无人或有人驾驶原型机的飞行进行模拟的物理学、航空学和隐身热力学：（B）下列项目的部件研发：（i）涡轮和喷气发动机，（ii）机身，（iii）头盔瞄准系统和弹药，基于：（c）基于（d）改进涡轮和喷气发动机民用和军用领域的可靠性、耐久性、经济性、战术、战略和教育的预期新计划任务。《国际涡轮和喷气发动机杂志》致力于喷气飞机传播的理论和设计方面的前沿研究。它是一个国际出版机构，主要出版有关热力学、燃烧、高温下相关材料的性能、涡轮机和发动机设计、推力矢量和飞行控制以及能源和环境问题的工业和学术研究的新想法、见解和成果。
